Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on every order across the UAE with no extra fee, alongside secure online card payment and Tabby installment plans where available at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, then delivered across the UAE. We currently deliver within the UAE only.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on all orders across the UAE, with no minimum order value. Cash on Delivery is also free, with no extra fee.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. To start a return, email support@veloliveease.com with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@veloliveease.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, all major credit/debit cards, and Tabby installments where available at checkout.
